The main focus for this semester was symmetry and analyzing the part-to-whole relationship in a precedent study. By using my precedent study building, Nuruosmaniye Mosque, I was able to extract the geometry of it’s centrally planned architecture to develop new floor plans. I used the given geometry from the floor plan to create new mass for program.
